Plasma Spray Process

The thermal spray coating is very dense! All materials, including high melting point tungsten and ceramics, can be thermally sprayed.

Introducing the thermal spraying process "Plasma Spray." All materials, including high melting point tungsten carbide ceramics, can be thermally sprayed. Since the plasma flame itself is inert, even low melting point metals like aluminum and copper can achieve pure and low-oxidation coatings. Similar to metallizing, it is possible to perform build-up thermal spraying at low temperatures around 100°C, preventing thermal effects and distortion on the base material. 【Features】 ■ Capable of thermal spraying high melting point materials ■ The thermal spray coating is extremely dense ■ A hard and dense coating equivalent to or exceeding that of hard plating can be obtained ■ Almost no thermal impact on the base material *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Thermal spraying process "Metallizing Arc"

Can be sprayed onto any base material! The thermal spray coating is porous and has good oil retention, especially demonstrating excellent wear resistance.

Introducing the thermal spraying process "Metallizing Arc." The wire-like materials used for thermal spraying are formulated from metals and alloys specifically for this purpose, allowing for spraying on any metal regardless of the base material. Since thermal spraying is typically conducted at low temperatures around 100°C, it does not affect the heat of the base material, preventing distortion or degradation. [Features] ■ Can be sprayed on any metal ■ Can be sprayed on any base material ■ Does not cause thermal effects or distortion to the base material ■ The sprayed coating is resistant to wear *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Thermal spray process "Thermospray"

Prevention of oxidation of Ni-Cr alloys! Applicable in environments where both wear resistance and corrosion resistance are desired, as well as in intense sliding surfaces.

Introducing the thermal spray process "Thermo Spray." It enables thermal spraying of materials that cannot be wire-formed, such as ceramic and tungsten carbide-based cermets. By re-melting the sprayed coating with an oxygen-acetylene (or propane) flame, an alloy layer is formed at the interface between the base metal and the sprayed coating, eliminating pores between the sprayed particles. 【Features】 ■ Enables thermal spraying of materials that cannot be wire-formed ■ Thermal spraying of self-fusing alloys ■ Prevents oxidation of Ni-Cr alloys ■ Lowers the melting point of Ni-Cr alloys, melting them at approximately 1000°C to 1100°C *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Thermal Spray Process

You can obtain a coating with high adhesion and precision! It achieves excellent surface roughness through mirror polishing.

Introducing the thermal spraying process "High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF)." Compared to conventional plasma spraying, it can form coatings with higher hardness and excellent wear resistance. The accelerated spray material undergoes minimal oxidation or compositional changes, resulting in a dense, high-quality coating with a low porosity rate (below 0.5%). 【Features】 ■ High hardness ■ Coatings with high adhesion strength can be obtained ■ Easier to achieve ultra-mirror finishes ■ Low porosity coatings are formed *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
